Meet the Musicians of Euphoria

Adrian | vocals & keyboard

Adrian studied piano for 12 years with the Royal Conservatory of Music program, and now continues his love of piano with Euphoria. It was only since the beginnings of Euphoria when Adrian started singing. As a "shower-only singer," he had never sung publicly, until the opportunity came with the band,

Adrian has been involved in the Ukrainian community for many years, starting with PLAST Ukrainian scouting organization and then as president of the Ukrainian Students' Society at the University of Alberta, Congress co-chair of the SUSK Ukrainian National Students Union, and currently a Servus Credit Union Ukrainian Community Council board member. Adrian completed his BComm at the UofA with a certificate in leadership in 2015, and currently works at the Edmonton International Airport promoting international travel into the great city of Edmonton.

Steven | drums
Steven started playing drums at the age of 10, when he got his first drum set as a Christmas present. He has never looked back. Although the drums are only one of the four different instruments he plays, Steven has developed a strong connection with this particular instrument. Music has always been an important part of Steven’s life through his culture, religion and involvement in the community. It has led him to pursue other endeavours such as playing in his high school’s concert and jazz bands, as well as singing in the Axios Ukrainian Male Chorus. Since the inception of the Euphoria band, Steven has evolved as a musician and enjoyed entertaining others in the community by sharing Ukrainian music.

Marissa | vocals

Getting over the fear of singing in front of an audience is simultaneously a terrifying and freeing experience. At the age of sixteen, Marissa sang her first notes in front of her peers at school and as a result, she discovered the creative spark for music. With encouragement from teachers, mentors, friends, and family she has been enthusiastically pursuing her passion for music ever since. She has performed on some of Edmonton's main stages including: The Winspear Centre, The Edmonton Expo Centre, the Yardbird Suite, and The Jubilee Auditorium. Now twenty-one and her on way to finishing her Bachelor's Degree in Music at MacEwan University, Marissa currently has a full length album in the works and will be releasing it within the next few years.
